At Cooly Bikes, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
